We want you to love your matcha, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@ninetyfour.com.au. We will provide instructions on how to send your item back. Please note that returns without prior approval cannot be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will process a refund as quickly as possible.
