Shipping Policy
Order Processing
We strive to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, Monday to Friday AEST. Orders placed before 10 am AEST on weekdays (excluding public holidays) will be sent out the same business day. Orders placed after 10 am, on weekends, or during public holidays will be shipped on the next business day. During busy periods, same-day dispatch may not always be available.

Shipping Location
All orders are processed and shipped from Australia.

Delivery Estimates
We aim to meet the delivery date provided at checkout, but this cannot be guaranteed. We will keep you updated via email if there are any changes to your delivery schedule.

Public Holidays
No orders are dispatched on national public holidays. Please allow extra time for shipping and handling during these periods.
